ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION – LAND AND SKY
The association for the future of the family
"Because the future of the family starts with today's skills"

LAND AND SKY (NPO 580507333) is a social, non-profit organization operating since 2008 to strengthen personal, family and community resilience in Israel. We work across three core areas—informal education, skill and leadership development, and innovative community initiatives—serving diverse groups: immigrant families, children with special needs, women, care professionals, volunteers and peripheral communities.

Our three centers of activity:
1. Informal Education Center – multidisciplinary educational programs for children, parents and communities, including workshops, clubs and lectures for emotional and social development.
2. Center for Business Skills and Leadership (CBA) – training for managers, personal mentoring, in-house workshops, strategic consulting and organizational gamification.
3. Social and Community Initiatives – projects like i-Teatron and the "Tree of Life" program promoting inclusion, intercultural dialogue and equal opportunities.

Goals of the association:
1. Emotional and educational support for individuals and families during crises and adaptation
2. Organization of social and educational activities for parents and children
3. Development of informal education programs and life skills
4. Promotion of cross-sector collaboration
5. Support for new immigrants and people facing health challenges
6. Initiation of multicultural community projects
7. Social mediation between communities
8. Embedding principles of organizational sustainability – environmental, communal and economic. Every activity is planned to realize long-term social impact through optimal use of resources, repeat training models, volunteer development and strengthening local communities. The association works to reduce waste, preserve knowledge and create multi-year collaborations for continuity.
Donations are tax deductible under section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance (valid certificate).
